First Impression About Romania by Qabas

My name is Qabas. I came from Jordan. I am a volunteer with Erasmus+ at Shoe Box project. I would like to share the story of me leaving Jordan and my family. I did not know how life will turn out for me in the coming 5 months of my stay in Craiova/ Romania. November 1st was the beginning of my adventure of course after riding all sort of transportation (plane, buses and trains). I have arrived to my new home for the coming 5 months, Craiova the place of beautiful nature and people. I was afraid in the beginning because I did not know anyone, everything around me was new and different; for example, lifestyle, people, customs and atmosphere, but after the first week of my stay in Craiova I have met with some great teammates that created a new home for me. Lastly, I do have lots of experience in volunteering that was obtained from Jordan, so I am very excited to work with all kinds of people and learn more about them.
