First weeks

First weeks.

Our work needs a lot of preparation. Our ideas as well. We are not in hurry, but we are working to make everything at decent level. Some things should be done in a proper way and in a proper moment. Step by step we are developing our project to make it more respectable and valuable.

Time pasts very fast and before you knew you bump into the end of the project. Yes, it’s strange that we have just started and I’m talking about the final steps. But really, we don’t have so much time here and we are doing our best to complete as much as it possible.

Talking about teamwork I should admit that the main component is unity.

However, I’m afraid of one thing. Everyone is always warning us that there is no way to avoid conflicts at work or at home. Why? Why we have to face to such a problem and everyone is talking about it? Yes, we are different. Yes, everyone has their own habits, expectations and daily routine. But everyone has one common reason (okay, not only one, but talking about this thing I’ll give this example), we are here to meet new people, what means that we want to know something new about another culture and traditions. You have to be flexible. No one said that it will be easy, but for sure it worth it.

Our dream team is mix of different characters, but we complement each other and all together we can do a lot of great things.
