Before going to on arrival training everyone who already have been on this training was so pleased from this training they were saying that it is on of the best part of volunteering that i am going have a great time and etc. So I already had some expectations. Truly say it was really great experience, I had really intensive 5 days. I met a lot of volunteers from another countries and we had opportunities to share our experiences.

I can say that I gained a lot of new information. Our trainers helped us to understand more about Cigna, NA , they learned us how to develop our learning process, what is youth pass, why is it important and how to fill it, what is the roles of mentor, coordinator and even what responsibilities and opportunities volunteers do have? We got answers all of this questions.

Training wasn't just about this technical things, we also had a chance to discover Bucharest, with special task, which helped us not just to see sightseeing of Bucharest also to communicate with locals and discover their life styles. Also we had cultural evening in which all volunteers made presentation of their countries. It was super interesting and it's completely different when you get know of country from natives rather than read a lot in the internet.

In the end the day of saying good bye came and we all wished to meet again and visit other countries as well.
